(1) Preparing Slurry

Using a mixture of flay or pod ash and water in a single slurry tank that has a density of 1.48 kg/ltr, the slurry pump will be used for batching.
(2) Combining

In The Combining All Row Material Like- Lime Powder, Cement Powder, Slurry, Gypsum Powder, Soluble Oil and Lime Powder are mix in Sequence in one Mixer by taking it as per required Qty(weight). After done the mixing it will dump in Mould Boxes.
(3) Re-medying
It will begin to rise from the bottom to the top after the mixed slurry is poured into the box. It will fully raise and be prepared for cutting in one to two hours.

(4) Slashing

Remedying is finished. Using a Dremoulding machine, the boxes were removed, leaving the finished product on the base and allowing it to undergo six surface-cutting operations (horizontal and vertical).
(5) Steam Sterilizers
For steam curing, six surface-cut cakes are available at steam sterilizers. For a 12-hour cycle of steam curing at 180.c/12Kg pressure, all six surface-cut cakes are placed inside an autoclave with foundation plates.

(6) Fully Set for Dispatch
Once the Steam sterilizer cycle is complete, the cake exits the autoclave using its base plate and travels along the dispatch line to be loaded onto a vehicle for on-site transportation. Then the next batching uses the empty plates.
